Experiments #010 - Felix and #010.2 - Oscar Experiment #010 is a neat-freak, named Felix. So when it won't stop cleaning things, Jumba reprograms it to Experiment #10.2, Oscar. However, the newly programmed Oscar doesn't work quite as it should.
