Looten Plunder teams up with Dr. Blight, Verminous Skumm, and Hoggish Greedly to inject poisonous pollution into America's water supply so they can sell clean drinking water to the thirsty people. Will the Planeteers be able to stop their plans, or will the "Pollution Syndicate" leave them washed up?
