Oggy and the Cockroaches

After seeing a snake charmer on TV, Oggy decides to make his own flute, in which he steals a car part from his neighbour Bob. Upon adding holes to it, Oggy plays it and unwittingly hypnotises cockroach Marky into being a dog that would remain loyal to him, much to the dismay of cockroaches Dee Dee and Joey.
