Susan is relieved when her emergency tracheotomy on Lou works but her joy is tempered by the realisation that he still needs medical aid, but can’t get out from under the fallen beam. Luckily, a passing Nate comes to their aid. But while Lou’s prognosis is good, Susan’s left reeling, in a state of shock. Elsewhere, Kyle is discovered trapped in a damaged portable toilet.
