Little Rascals

Joe and Chubby get to ride in the locomotive with their engineer father. When Dad goes off to lunch, Harry talks Joe into showing him the inside of the locomotive. Just then, Loco Joe comes along and starts the train moving, giving the two boys a wild ride.
