Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer meet Alex and Danny Moore in Preston, Lancashire. When they bought their current three-bed semi, Danny thought it was to do up and sell on. But Alex has other ideas and sees this as the perfect place to start a family. Alex wants to convert the loft into a luxurious bedroom. Kirstie agrees.
