In the early morning hours a dashcam captures the theft of a vehicle out of a quiet driveway. Hours later a 16 year old boy is pronounced dead at hospital. Homicide investigators discover the two crimes are linked and they lead to the only woman on Canada’s Most Wanted List - Catherine Bergeron-Pinzarrone. She was part of a large international car theft ring that police were working to take down.
