Carnival Eats

Noah Cappe takes on the beachy eats of the South Florida Fair in West Palm Beach, like the Mega Guaca-meal, a vibrant and fresh take on guacamole, the BBQ Tot Waffle, succulent BBQ loaded on a tater tot waffle, and the Dill Donut Sundae, where a pickle meets ice cream meets a donut with wild results.
