Winnaars 73ste Emmy Awards

Al eerder in september werden in drie dagen de Creative Arts Emmy’s uitgereikt, maar op zondag 19 september zijn de belangrijkste televisieprijzen weggegeven. In het weekend van 11 en 12 september zijn de creatieve Emmy’s uitgereikt. Daarin waren The Queen’s Gambit van Netflix, Disney+’s The Mandalorian en NBC’s Saturday Night Live de grote winnaars met respectievelijk negen, zeven en zeven Emmy Awards. Netflix ging er na deze drie dagen vandoor met 34 Emmy’s gevolgd op behoorlijke afstand door Disney+ met dertien beeldjes. Zij worden gevolgd door HBO/HBO Max die tien Emmy’s mee mocht nemen, HBO Max mocht de allereerste Emmy in ontvangst nemen. NBC en Apple TV+ volgen met elk zeven en VH1 kreeg er vijf.

Netflix is dit jaar de grote winnaar met 44 Awards. De gecombineerde HBO/HBO Max was de volgende met negentien, gevolgd door Disney+ met veertien. Apple TV+ is de volgende met tien. NBC heeft er acht en VH1 nam er zes mee naar huis.
