This trip, Guy's goin' on a nationwide international flavor-fest. In Stockton, Calif., a funky food truck dishin' out a taste of Southeast Asia with homemade rice noodle soup. Down the road in San Fran, a neighborhood legend servin' up Puerto Rican and Cuban favorites. Then it's cross-country to Key Largo, where a real-deal Italian joint is cookin' up outrageous veal and hearty truffle mac and cheese.
