Detective Conan

Conan and Kogoro discover a body in a busy downtown area. The victim died instantly when he was struck on the head with a metal pipe, and there's a dying message in the street. They visit the victim's apartment, where the property manager tells them he said he'd pay all the rent he owed as early as the next day.
