Simon and Katie approach Margo with their theory that Aaron didnt set the fire, but Will did. Margo agrees to try to get Hal to back off and Katie and Simon head off to find the kids. They do some research and decide to go to University of Pittsburgh. Meanwhile, Aaron is furious when he learns that Alison spent most of their money on herself. When Lucy realizes that Alison needed to make some necessary female purchases, she tells Aaron to back off and the two girls bond. Aaron returns and they decide to go to head to University of Pittsburgh. In court, Jessica tries to set bail for Paul, but Marshall refutes her reasons and cites that Paul is a very dangerous citizen. James testifies about Pauls vendetta against him, which Barbara protests, but Pauls bail is denied. Both Paul and Jessica insist that Bonnie stay away James, but she has a plan. Marshall warns Jessica to drop the case or someone will get hurt. Meanwhile, Julia is furious with Jack for letting Carly influence his thoughts regarding his son. Jack defends Carly and decides to get the paternity test done as soon as possible. In the hospital, Carly warns Julia that she is on to her and knows that she is out to ruin her marriage to Jack. Carly continues to push Julias buttons and Julia fakes having an anxiety attack.
