Without a back door

Two stoners without a driving license cause a crash on the Autobahn, where several trucks are involved. During the recovery operations, firefighters find a small bag of cocaine, which does not belong to the two stoners, but came from one of the trucks. Jan and Semir are not allowed to investigate, since the truck delivered diplomatic freight for the republic of San Marco, a (fictional) country in South America.
